Wood-burning fireplace insert with high performance in terms of efficiency and emissions. Thanks to its reduced dimensions (L. 78 x H. 59 x D. 46 cm) QBox 80 is ideal for insertion in existing fireplaces as well as for new installations. It features a glass door and integrated ash drawer.
Self-cleaning heart in Alutec®
Alutec® is the exclusive material developed and patented by MCZ for all its fireplaces. A patented formula of high alumina content achieved by processing at temperatures of up to 300 °C allows guaranteed self-cleaning of the combustion chamber through a chemical reaction. With its light colour, it makes the flame uniquely bright and even more beautiful.
SIMPLIFIED CLEANING
Ease of cleaning is maximised thanks to the self-cleaning firebox in self-whitening refractory material, which makes the flame particularly visible and bright. The perfect calibration of the cleaning air also keeps the glass always perfectly transparent and free of ash residue. The particularly capacious ash drawer is ideal for collecting unburnt ash without having to clean the firebox daily.
EASY TO INSTALL
With the QBox fireplace insert by MCZ, installation is even easier thanks to the 150 mm smoke outlet pipe (200 mm for the QBox 100) that adapts to many situations, and the door, with handle on the right as standard, but reversible after installation if necessary.
The depth is also among the smallest on the market, 41 cm for the QBox 60 and QBox 70 models, 46 cm for the QBox 80 and QBox 100 models.
STANDARD VENTILATION
MCZ's QBox fireplace inserts are all equipped with a powerful but particularly quiet front ventilation as standard, which allows optimal heat diffusion in the room where the product is installed. Ventilation is adjustable with two power levels or in automatic mode. If necessary, the air flow can also be diverted upwards.
